Orders & Customization

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for custom jerseys is 12 pieces.

Are the jerseys fully customizable?

Yes. All jerseys are fully sublimated, allowing for:

• Player names

• Numbers

• Team logos

• Custom colors

Tackle twill and embroidery upgrades are available upon request for an additional charge.

Will I receive a mockup before production?

Yes. Every order includes a digital mockup for approval.

Production begins only after mockup approval and full payment confirmation.

What happens if a name, number, or size is entered incorrectly?

If changes are requested before production begins, adjustments can be made.

If production has already started or is completed, a reprint will require an additional charge depending on the stage of production. Please review all details carefully before approving your mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 1.5–2 business weeks after mockup approval and payment.

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-4 business days after production is completed. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. We also allow local Arizona pickup/delivery

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production may be available depending on current capacity. Contact us prior to placing your order if you have a deadline.

Materials & Quality

What material are the jerseys made from?

Our jerseys are made from durable, high-performance polyester fabric designed for competitive play.

Because designs are sublimated directly into the fabric, they will not crack, peel, or fade like traditional screen-printed jerseys.

Pricing & Payments

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Pricing tiers vary based on quantity.

For orders over 65 pieces, contact us directly for custom pricing.

When does my order go into production?

Orders move into production once full payment is received and the mockup has been approved.

We require full payment at checkout.

Returns & Corrections

Do you accept returns?

All jerseys are made-to-order and customized. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If there is a production error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
